Shipping Policy

At ClackStash, we ship our enthusiast-grade mechanical keyboards directly from our global manufacturing partners to ensure the best pricing and quality control.

Shipping Timelines:

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated 14–21 business days for the United States.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties: For US customers, prices include standard import duties. However, please note that per May 2026 trade regulations, additional local customs processing fees may apply in rare cases, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your keyboard must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. All included accessories (USB-C cables, switch pullers, extra switches) must be returned.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at nathan.official0603@gmail.com if the item is defective (e.g., PCB issues, non-functional LEDs, or damaged switches) so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for keyboards that have been modified by the user (e.g., soldering, lubing switches, or opening the internal case) as this voids the manufacturer warranty.
